For over 50 years, Penn-York Opportunities, Inc. has acted as a reliable service provider for the disadvantaged citizens of Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Beginning as a service provider for children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities, Penn-York was started with the idea that these Individuals were entitled to the same social, emotional, and physical opportunities as their fellow community members. Since then, we have expanded into a variety of new services, including Family Support Services, Behavioral Support Services, and an expanded Vocational Program.

Over the decades, Penn-York has evolved and adapted our service-delivery model to ensure
